MyMCHRecords is a convenient online service available to anyone who has received care through Medical Center Health System facilities and doctors. Joining MyMCHRecords is free and easy! All you need to do is set up an account, and you’ll get online access to everything from your personal health records to easy-to-use tools that let you communicate directly with your doctor.

What’s New?

We now offer the ability for you to securely connect some of the health management apps you may use (i.e. fitness trackers, dietary trackers and etc.) to your health record.  This new process provides access to your health and wellness data that will enable you and your care team to make informed choices. If you are interested in this opportunity, let us know by contacting Health Information Management at (432) 640-1886 or (432) 640-2300, Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. After business hours call 1(877) 621-8014. Once we receive your request, MCHS will work with the appropriate vendors to determine if they meet the technical requirements in order to establish a secure connection.

Once registered, you’ll be able to access MyMCHRecords from any computer with an Internet connection – anytime, anywhere. It’s a convenient way to save time that otherwise would be spent on the phone or waiting in a doctor’s office.

MyMCHRecords is a secure, encrypted online service that meets the national standards for patient privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Who can use the MyMCH service?

Any patient who is treated at MCH may use the service.

How much does it cost to manage my healthcare online?

There is no other charge for the MyMCH service.

Is my privacy protected?

The MyMCH service is completely secure and HIPAA-compliant. Encryption technology and a stringent privacy policy protect your personal information more securely than either the telephone or regular e-mail. Your information is only accessible by you, your doctor, and your doctor’s authorized staff.
