Medical Center Hospital Infusion Services provides treatment for a wide variety of medical conditions. Services range from the administration of antibiotics for inpatients to the delivery of long-term chemotherapy in the outpatient setting.
Infusion Services is an ambulatory outpatient center treating both chronic and acute disorders. Infusion Services assists patient to regain normal daily activities, and decrease their hospital stay. Through patient education we assist patients to reach a greater understanding of their condition.
Our nurses play an integral role in coordinating care with physicians and clinical pharmacists while working to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. Each staff member is trained with certification in PICC insertion, Chemotherapy, and Biotherapy.
Our Hours of Operation:
Infusion Services is open 365 days a year from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Because our patients require daily antibiotics to continue to maintain quality of life on an outpatient basis, we are open 7 days a week and holidays as well.
Because treatment time varies, you may bring snacks and wear comfortable clothes. We ask that arrangements be made for children as we want to respect every patient’s needs.
